Isabelle is an advocate for living an active and healthy lifestyle through sport. She believes that building fundamental skills, and providing opportunities for children's positive experiences with physical activities through age-appropriate activities, go a long way toward their long-term health and wellness. She hopes that by ensuring children receive their daily dose of physical activities, they will experience the joy of exercising, learn important values (i.e. teamwork, sportsmanship, resilience, communication), and find an outlet to express themselves and recharge from a long day in school.
